
Calgary's Sheen Named Canada West WHL Graduate of the Month

Edmonton, Alta. - Former Red Deer Rebel Riley Sheen is the Western Hockey League Graduate of the Month for November.
Sheen is currently tied for the Canada West scoring lead with 20 points (12G-8A) in 16 games this season. The Edmonton, Alta. native registered seven goals and four assists in seven games over the month of November, before capping off the first half of the conference season with an assist December 1st.

A veteran of 253 WHL regular season games, Sheen is one of 138 CW men's hockey players using their WHL Scholarship this semester
The Arts student is in his second season with the Dinos and has 33 career CW regular season points in 27 games. His 12 goals this season leads the conference, and is sixth best in the nation.
Sheen used a four-game point streak between Nov. 9 and 17 to jumpstart his month, registering six goals and two assists, including a hat trick Nov. 17 against Regina.
Thanks in large part to Sheen's offensive outburst, Calgary sits third in the Canada West standings with a record of 10-5-1 at the December break.
A veteran of 253 WHL regular season games between 2011 and 2015, Sheen registered 163 WHL regular season points combined during his time with the Medicine Hat Tigers, Seattle Thunderbirds, Lethbridge Hurricanes, and Red Deer Rebels.
A product of Edmonton's Maple Leaf Athletic Club, Sheen is one of 138 WHL grads who are making the most of a WHL Scholarship this semester while playing CW men's hockey.
