Southwest Michigan Devil Rays News Release

The Southwest Michigan Devil Rays conclude the 2005 regular season at C.O. Brown Stadium in an eight-game homestand from August 29-September 5. The Rays are looking to end their one year hiatus, as a franchise, from the playoffs. After dropping the first game in Lansing, the Rays still need to win six of their last 11 to clinch a playoff spot regardless of what any other team does. The Devil Rays hope to take care of business at home if they have not already done so by the time they leave Lansing. This Food Bank homestand will cover the entire eight games. With each game a non-perishable food item that is donated, each fan will be able to enter for a chance to win a Used Car and chauffeur on Monday, September 5.
