Powered by three home runs and six solid innings by Ben Snyder, Frisco took the first of four from the San Antonio Missions 5-2 Tuesday night from Dr Pepper Ballpark.

Snyder allowed two runs, one earned, on six hits for his fourth straight quality start. The lefty is now tied with Justin Miller for the team lead in wins (9).

Andy Parrino's solo shot put the Missions on the board first in third inning, their only lead of the game.

Mitch Hilligoss lead off the fourth inning with a solo home run, his third long ball as a RoughRider this season, to knot the score. Following a double by Jonathan Greene,Mike Bianucci blasted his 29th homer of the season to put Frisco on top 3-1.

An unearned run in the fifth pulled the Missions to within a run on Jedd Gyorko's RBI single.

With one swift swing of the bat in the sixth, Tommy Mendonca drove a two-run shot onto the berm in right-center to extend the 'Riders lead to 5-2.

Tyler Tufts pitched the final inning and a third for his seventh save of the season.

San Antonio starter Pedro Hernandez allowed five runs over six innings on seven hits in a losing effort.

The 'Riders and Missions will continue this four-game series Wednesday night as RHPCarlos Pimentel (5-9, 5.24) takes the mound for Frisco against LHP Juan Oramas (8-4, 3.08). First pitch will be at 7:05 from Dr Pepper Ballpark.
