Smokies and Braves Game Two Postponed

SEVIERVILLE - The Tennessee Smokies and Mississippi Braves were postponed on Friday night due to weather. The game will be made up on Saturday as part of a doubleheader featuring two seven-inning contests. The first game will begin at 6:00 p.m. with game two following the completion of game one.

Saturday will be Star Wars Night presented by Regal Entertainment Group. The game will feature Star Wars themed music, on-field games, characters roaming the concourse, and a jersey auction benefiting United Way of Greater Knoxville and United Way of Sevier County. The game will also feature a Lightsaber giveaway to the first 1,000 fans presented by Regal Entertainment Group. The night will be capped off with a post-game fireworks show as part of the Summer Fireworks Series presented by Coors Light and Pepsi.

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for the two seven-inning contests. Starting pitchers are yet to be determined for the two seven-inning contests.
