Sky Carp to Host Make-A-Wish® Night

BELOIT - The Beloit Sky Carp, along with founding partner ABC Supply, are extremely excited to announce they will host Make-A-Wish Night at ABC Supply Stadium on Saturday, August 26.
There will be a hubbub of activity surrounding the evening, all of which features the opportunity to make a couple of wishes come true, along with furthering the mission of both Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin and that of the Beloit Sky Carp.
There will be plenty of opportunities for sports memorabilia enthusiasts to get excited Saturday night. The Sky Carp players will be wearing special jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game. There will also be a third-party auctioneer with autographed items from your favorite sports stars!
A raffle will be held with several exciting prizes that will be given away, in addition to the auction items in order to boost the Sky Carp fan contribution to the Make-A-Wish charity as high as possible. Former White Sox organist Nancy Faust will also be there to entertain fans all evening, capped off by a fantastic fireworks display following the game.
In addition to the fundraising opportunities, the evening will feature plenty of unique chances to honor Make-A-Wish kids in attendance. Plans are in the works for the honored guests to perform a ceremonial base run with members of each team and several surprises along the way.
"This is an incredible opportunity to show support for a tremendous charitable organization, and make some great memories for some special kids in the process," Sky Carp President Zach Brockman said. "We couldn't be more grateful for the chance to have Make-A-Wish involved in what will be a great night at the Stadium."
