Silvertips Unveil Full 2022-23 Schedule

EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips, in coordination with the Western Hockey League, have officially unveiled their full slate of games for the 2022-23 campaign.

Everett will play 68 regular season games in their historic 20th season, with opening night set to be played at home against the Vancouver Giants on Saturday, Sep. 24 at 6:05 p.m. The Silvertips begin the season with six straight games at Angel of the Winds Arena, including visits from the Medicine Hat Tigers on Oct. 7 (their first visit since Feb. 8, 2019- a 1-0 Tigers victory) and the Edmonton Oil Kings (first visit since Oct. 12, 2018- a 5-3 Silvertips win). Everett will see the Seattle Thunderbirds for the first time on home ice on Saturday, Oct. 15.

The Silvertips tour the Eastern Conference's East Division beginning Oct. 28, stopping first at Moose Jaw before making eventual stops to Regina, Winnipeg, Brandon, Saskatoon and finally Prince Albert. They return home Nov. 13 for a Sunday matchup with the Calgary Hitmen, returning to Everett for the first time since the Silvertips' 4-0 win on Nov. 20, 2018.

Everett plays seven home games in the month of December, five of them against U.S. Division rivals. They will be on the road for a New Year's Eve matchup with the Portland Winterhawks. January begins with a B.C. Division swing, facing off with the Kamloops Blazers at the Sandman Centre before heading up to Prince George for a pair of contests with the Cougars. The Tips play six home games in January, including the Lethbridge Hurricanes and Swift Current Broncos of the Eastern Conference.

The Red Deer Rebels are the final Eastern Conference foe faced in 2022-23, visiting Everett on Feb. 5. Everett hosts four home games in February and six in March, with the final home game set for Friday, Mar. 24 against the Victoria Royals. The regular season will conclude the following night in Victoria.

Season tickets are available. Individual game ticket information as well as special branding for the 20th Anniversary season will be available in the coming weeks.
