Silvertips Send Rights to Billal Noori to Swift Current

EVERETT, Wash. - The Everett Silvertips have sent the rights to Billal Noori to the Swift Current Broncos in exchange for a conditional ninth-round WHL Draft pick in 2027.
Noori, an '04-born forward, was originally acquired by the Silvertips with the 186th-overall pick in the ninth round of the 2023 WHL Draft and invited to Training Camp. He had spent the previous two seasons with the Calgary Hitmen, where over 37 games played he scored six goals and four assists.
The Everett Preseason Classic kicks off this weekend with six games over three days beginning Friday at 2 p.m. The set will feature all six members of the U.S. Division. Everett's regular season will begin at home on Sep. 23 at 6 p.m. with the Tips hosting the Victoria Royals.
