Saskatoon Blades News Release

Nashville, TN- Nashville, TN - Every club passed on Saskatoon Blades forward Egor Sidorov at last year's draft. The Anaheim Ducks didn't make the same mistake twice.

Saskatoon Blades forward Egor Sidorov is taking his talents to California as the newest member of the Ducks family. The Belarusian winger was selected in the 3rd Round (85th overall) at the 2023 NHL Entry Draft.

Sidorov came back to the 2022-23 WHL season with a vengeance, scoring 76 points (40G, 36A) in just 53 games. The 6-foot winger's 40 tallies led the Blades organization and tied him for eighth in the WHL.
