(Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium - Vancouver, BC) - Canadians' RHP Ben White (4-5) gave up two runs over his five innings on Saturday night but it was all the AquaSox would need as the C's were shut out 2-0 in the final game of an eight-game homestand.

The only runs of the game came in the top of the second inning when RF Alfredo Morales led off with a single followed by a home run off the bat of CF Janelfry Zorrilla, his 4th of the summer, that bounced off the top of the left field wall and out of Scotiabank Field.

LHP Bobby Brosnahan (1.1IP), RHP Jonathan Lucas (1.2IP), and RHP Arik Sikula (1.0IP) put together four scoreless innings to give the Canadians offense a chance to score late.

AquaSox' starter RHP Marcos Reyna kept the Canadians far away from the scoreboard pitching four complete innings of one-hit baseball. RHP Grady Wood followed suit by allowing only three hits over his three innings of work.

Everett manager Rob Maumau would summon his closer in the bottom of the 8th, bringing in RHP Michael Vedo who limited the Canadians offense in check until the 9th inning when Vancouver would bring the winning run to the plate. PH-SS Jorge Flores would battle through a 10 pitch at-bat bringing the sold out Scotiabank Field crowd to their feet before striking out looking to end the game.
