Shreveport-Bossier Captains Game Cancellation

Shreveport-Bossier Captains News Release


SHREVEPORT, LA -The Shreveport-Bossier Captains, presented by U-Auto Pull-It Auto Parts, announced that tonight's game scheduled for 7:05pm, against the Amarillo Sox, has been cancelled due to a transportation failure. Game one of the three-game series has been rescheduled to a doubleheader tomorrow with a start time of 6:05pm. Game two will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one. Tickets for tonight's game are valid for game one tomorrow and/or a future 2011 regular season home game.

After this home stand the Captains travel north to Gary Indiana for a six-game series against the Gary South Shore RailCats before returning home on Friday, August 19 to finish out the last home stand of the regular season. This home stand includes eight games against Fort Worth and Grand Prairie.
