
Sharks Host Action Packed Weekend at DCU Center

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today an action packed weekend at the newly renovated DCU Center in downtown Worcester as the Sharks host the Providence Bruins on Saturday at 7pm and the Portland Pirates on Sunday at 3pm.
On Saturday, Nov 9 at 7pm, the Sharks welcome the Providence Bruins for the first of six meetings between the two clubs at the DCU Center. Again this season, the Sharks will wear a specialty jersey in support of the Autism Resource Center of Central Massachusetts which will be auctioned off throughout the game! Fans are encouraged to bring a canned food item to support the annual Worcester County Sheriff's Department Canned Food Drive to benefit the Friendly House of Worcester! Everyone that makes a donation will receive a ticket voucher to the Sharks game on Jan 29 compliments of Price Chopper!
On Sunday Nov 10 at 3pm, the Sharks host the Portland Pirates on $5 Kid's Sunday! Join us after the game for the annual Hat & Mittens Holiday Skate with the entire Sharks hockey team courtesy of Price Chopper (must bring your own skates/helmet in bags). Fans are encouraged to bring new hats and/or mittens to be donated to Abby's House of Worcester. Kid's tickets are just $5 with the purchase of a full priced adult ticket at all Sunday home games!
