
Shaggin' Fun Beach Music Festival Returns to NewBridge Bank Park

Greensboro, N.C. - Miss the sounds of your favorite beach music? Well wait no more because rain or shine the Shaggin' Fun Beach Music Festival Returns to NewBridge Bank Park Saturday, May 17. Bring your lawn chairs and dance moves out the ballpark and enjoy the sounds of Shaggie Maggie, The Fantastic Shakers, Band of Oz and Legends of Beach with all the beach-music lovers in the area.
The second-year event, sponsored by billblackauto.com and 99.5 FM WMAG, will take place NewBridge Bank Park where the Greensboro Grasshoppers play their home games. Gates will open at 11:30 a.m. with the first band set to take the stage at Noon. Legends of Beach will headline the event scheduled to end at 6 p.m.
Tickets are one sale now and can be purchased at the Grasshoppers Ticket Office in person, online at gsohoppers.com, or by calling 336-268-BALL. If purchasing tickets online, Ticket Return has listed the Greensboro Grasshoppers event under Arts & Entertainment. The cost of each ticket is $20 in advance and can also be purchased on the day of the event for $25.

The Grasshoppers have welcomed over 1,250,000 fans to NewBridge Bank Park, becoming the only Class A team in the history of Minor League Baseball to draw over 400,000 fans and grow its attendance for three straight years in a new ballpark.
