Catfish Promotions For Tourists Series

Columbus, GA- The Columbus Catfish would like to remind their fans of the exciting upcoming promotions they are offering for their series with the Asheville Tourists April 29th through May 2nd.

- Tuesday, April 29th- Tuesdays are no longer just Two-for-Tuesdays; they are Two-for-Tic-Tac-Tuesdays! Not only will fans be able to buy one ticket at regular price and get one free ticket, but they will also be able to play Baseball Tic-Tac-Toe!

- Wednesday, April 30th- Baseball in Education Day! A special 11 A.M. start kicks-off this exciting day designed for local elementary, middle and high school students. Educational displays and box lunches will be offered during this end of the year school field trip; as well as an opportunity for local schools to be recognized in the community. Wednesday is also Guaranteed Wins-Day, which offers fans the chance to redeem their ticket from Wednesday's game for ticket to the next home game if the Catfish win that day. As always Wednesday is Ballgame and a Movie Day, where fans can redeem their Carmike Cinemas movie stub for a free ticket to the Catfish game, with purchase of a full-price ticket.

- Thursday, May 1st- College Night and Thirsty Thursday which offers fans $1 hotdogs, fountain sodas, and beer. College students can also purchase general admission tickets for $1 with their college ID. Fans can also bring their Fiesta Columbus tickets to the Golden Park ticket window and receive one free ticket with the purchase of a full-priced ticket.

- Friday, May 2nd- Dos de Mayo Night- the first 500 fans admitted to the game receive maracas and sombreros to help celebrate the impending Cinco de Mayo holiday. Friday is also Aflac Employee Night. Fans can also bring their Fiesta Columbus tickets to the Golden Park ticket window and receive one free ticket with the purchase of a full-priced ticket.

Tickets may be purchased by calling (706) 571-8866 or by ordering online at www.columbuscatfish.com. The Golden Park ticket office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
