Sea Wolves Announce 2008 Training Camp Schedule

BILOXI, MS - The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced on Tuesday the schedule for the 2008 training camp.

The schedule for training camp is as follows:

Saturday, October 4 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 11:00 a.m. CDT

Sunday, October 5 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 10:00 a.m. CDT

Monday, October 6 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 10:00 a.m. CDT

Tuesday, October 7 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 10:00 a.m. CDT

Wednesday, October 8 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 10:00 a.m. CDT

Thursday, October 9 - Practice at Mississippi Coast Coliseum, 8:00 a.m. CDT

The team will depart by bus for Augusta, Ga. immediately following practice.

Friday, October 10 - Morning Skate, James Brown Arena, 11:15 a.m. EDT

Sea Wolves @ Charlotte, 7:00 p.m. EDT, Extreme Ice Center, Indian Trail, N.C.

Saturday, October 11 - Morning Skate, James Brown Arena, 11:15 a.m. EDT

Sea Wolves @ Augusta, 7:00 p.m. EDT, James Brown Arena, Augusta, Ga.

All Sea Wolves practices at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum will be open to the public, however the practice times are subject to change.

Additionally, the team announced that for the second consecutive year, both preseason games will be broadcast live on the internet. To access the broadcast, visit the Sea Wolves official website at www.msseawolves.com and click the "Listen Live" button located on the right-hand column. Each broadcast will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to game time, with Leif Skodnick handling the play-by-play.

The Sea Wolves open the 2008-09 home schedule with a three-game set against the Charlotte Checkers on October 24, 25, and 26 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. Tickets to every game, as well as season tickets and group packages are now on sale! Call 228.275.WOLF (9653) to reserve yours today.
