ALL OUR BAGS ARE PACKED:With a win this afternoon, the Sea Dogs will clinch their third straight road-series win and a winning record for May...Today is the rubber-game of a three-game set between Portland and Trenton (Yankees affiliate) at Arm & Hammer Park...RHP Joe Gunkel makes his third Double-A start, he was his previous two...Gunkel is ranked by Baseball America as the #26 ranked prospect in the Red Sox system...The 'Dogs are off tomorrow, and will play their next 12 games against Richmond and Bowie.

BIG INNING EARLY: Trenton scored four unearned runs off losing pitcher Mike Augliera (2-8) in the second inning and picked up an 8-2 win over the Sea Dogs on Saturday night...Trenton righty Eric Ruth (3-0) fired 7 strong innings on 5 hits, one run, 2 walks and 6 strikeouts...Augliera pitched only four innings, giving up 6 runs (2 earned) with 6 strikeouts and yielded a two-run homer to Aaron Judge...Blake Tekotte went 2-for-2, BB and a run-scoring double...Jantzen Witte knocked in his team-leading 35th run with a sacrifice fly in the eighth...Marco Hernandez went 2-for-4, 2B and a run scored.
