The Sea Dogs look for the the split of their four-game set against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) on Sunday afternoon at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium.

LOOKING FOR THE SPLIT : The Sea Dogs look for the split of their four-game series with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate) on Sunday afternoon at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium...Portland snapped a seven-game road losing streak with last night's win...The 'Dogs clinched the season series with the 'Cats, and reduced their magic number to 29 to clinch a playoff spot in the Eastern Division...LHP Brian Johnson notched his first career complete game on July 12th (Game 1) vs. New Hampshire at Hadlock Field.

13 IS LUCKY : LHP Henry Owens (13-3) became the first 13-game winner in professional baseball and his battery mate Blake Swihart homered and drove in four runs, leading the Sea Dogs to a 10-3 win on Saturday night...Portland scored in just three innings, putting together back-to-back four-run frames in the third and fourth...Swihart capped off the third with a three-run homer off losing pitcher LHP Daniel Norris (1-1)...Shannon Wilkerson finished 3-for-5 with 3 RBI and Ryan Dent went 3-for-4, RBI...Owens worked 6.1 innings on nine hits, two runs, one walk and six strikeouts.
