SUNDAY FUNDAY: The Portland Sea Dogs and Harrisburg Senators (Nationals affiliate) conclude their four-game series on Sunday afternoon at Hadlock Field. Harrisburg has won the last two games after Aneury Tavarez hit a walk-off homer on Thursday night against Gilberto Mendez...RHP Luis Diaz makes his 21st start of the season on Sunday for Portland...Diaz has a quality start in six straight appearances, and compiled a 2.65 ERA (11 ER/37.1 IP) in July.
HIT STREAKS ARE ALIVE: Tim Roberson went 1-for-4 last night with an RBI double in the first inning, extending his season-high hitting streak to 10 straight games...Roberson is hitting .415 (17-for-41) with 9 RBI and 4 doubles during the streak...Sam Travis extended his hitting streak to nine straight games and has reached base safely in 33 of 35 Double-A starts.
