Rise N Shine: The Tulsa Oilers hold their third annual American Airlines/Transport Workers Union Local 514 Tulsa Public School day game Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. against the Rocky Mountain Rage. The Oilers will host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees on Friday at 7:35 p.m. and play at Oklahoma City Saturday at 7:35. Saturday's game can be heard on KRVT AM 1270 and accessed via the internet at www.tulsaoilers.com and CHL Network.

Nice Run: The Oilers ran their winning streak to four games last week with a 5-4 win over Colorado and a 3-2 shootout victory at Rio Grande Valley. The winning streak ended in a 6-1 loss at Laredo Saturday.

Start Anew: Jeff Christian will look to start a new point scoring streak after having his CHL high 24 game streak end in Laredo. In the streak, Christian had 13 goals and 24 assists for 37 points.

Rolling On: While Christian saw his streak end, Warren McCutcheon has run his scoring streak to seven games. He has four goals and five assists for nine points in the streak. McCutcheon leads the Oilers with 22 goals on the season. Paul Kelly assisted on McCutcheon's goal Saturday night giving him a point in five straight games. Kelly has two goals and five assists for seven points in those five games.

Goalie Shuffle: Goaltender Jeff Van Nynatten joined the Oilers from Mississippi in exchange for future considerations. He got the Oilers win against his ex team in Rio Grande Valley. Goaltender Kevin St. Pierre underwent successful wrist surgery last Friday, but will miss the remainder of the season.
