Scheifele And Camara Selected To Play In Subway Super Series

Barrie, ON- The Barrie Colts are proud to announce today that two of their players have been selected to compete for Team OHL in the Subway Super Series that takes place November 8th and 12th.

The Canadian Hockey League in association with the Ontario Hockey League made the announcement Tuesday morning that Anthony Camara and Mark Scheifele will both play for Team OHL against Team Russia in the 2012 Subway Super Series.

Camara and Scheifele will both be in the line up November 12th in Sarnia.

Anthony Camara is tied for the league lead in goals with 11 in the 13 games. Camara also has 7 assists and sits 6th in league scoring with 18 points.

Mark Scheifele is tied for the league lead in points with 20. He has registered 7 goals and 13 assist in 13 games played.

Team OHL enters the tenth anniversary of this event with a perfect 18-0 record against Team Russia following a 10-7 win last season in Ottawa, and a 6-3 victory in Sault Ste. Marie.
