KANNAPOLIS, NC - Saturday night's BlueClaws game in Kannapolis has been rained out and will be made up as part of a double-header on Sunday beginning at 2:05 pm.
The BlueClaws have won the first three games of the series including extra-inning wins on both Thursday and Friday. They currently sit at 15-6 in the second half and in first place by three games over Delmarva.
BlueClaws CF Jiwan James, who went 5-6 on Friday, has hit safely in 23 consecutive games, breaking Ambiorix Reyes' team record streak of 21 earlier this week. He is 33-91 over the streak.
BlueClaws RHP Colby Shreve (5-4, 3.33) will face RHP Justin Collop (5-7. 5.11) in game one. RHP Jonathan Pettibone (3-4, 4.32) will oppose RHP Andre Rienzo (1-4, 6.20) in game two. Each game will be seven innings.
