
Santa Cruz Warriors Beat NBA G League Ignite, 110-98

SANTA CRUZ, CA - In Monday night's exhibition game, the Santa Cruz Warriors beat the NBA G League Ignite, 110-98, at Kaiser Permanente Arena.
The game stayed competitive throughout the first quarter, but the NBA G League Ignite was able to take a slim lead, closing out the first quarter with a 21-18 lead over the Sea Dubs. Santa Cruz took a 12-point lead at one point in the second quarter but Ignite was able to bring the lead down to 56-51 heading into halftime. The Warriors offense took off in the third quarter to gain a 91-74 lead heading into the final frame. The Santa Cruz offense continued to dominate the court in the fourth quarter, securing the win over the visiting NBA G League Ignite, 110-98.
Santa Cruz Forward Jerome Robinson finished the night with 16 points and three rebounds. Two-Way Forward Quinndary Weatherspoon added 13 points, and eight rebounds and LJ Figueroa totaled 25 points and 15 rebounds off the bench for the Sea Dubs.
Ignite Guard Jaden Hardy finished with 26 points and eight rebounds and guard Scoot Henderson added 20 points, six rebounds and six assists.
