THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Saturday, Jan. 17 vs. Rochester Americans

AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.

The Rampage and the Americans will meet for the second and final time of the 2014-15 season on Saturday night at the AT&T Center. It will also be the first matchup between the teams in the Alamo City.

The Rampage topped the Amerks 3-1 on Jan. 7 in a game played at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester. Bobby Butler, Ryan Martindale and Blake Parlett each tallied goals for the Rampage, and Dan Ellis finished with 27 saves on 28 shots.

80's NIGHT

Saturday, Jan. 17

Jan. 17 will be 80's Night at the AT&T Center, as the Rampage host the Rochester Americans at 7 p.m.

BIG MOVES: The Florida Panthers acquired forward Corban Knight in exchange for Drew Shore on Friday, Jan. 9. Knight played in 92 American Hockey League con- tests recording 26 goals, 30 assists and 62 PIMs with the Abbotsford Heat (2013-14) and Adirondack Flames (2014-15). In his Rampage debut on Saturday, Knight, who was a fifth-round draft pick (135th overall) of the Panthers in 2009, recorded an as- sist and three shots on goal in an 8-3 win.

HEY NOW, YOU'RE AN ALL-STAR: Rampage forward Bobby Butler was named to the Western Conference roster for the 2015 AHL All-Star Classic. It's the third All- Star selection for Butler, who represented the Binghamton Senators as a rookie in 2011 and potted a goal and three assists to earn game MVP honors and lead the Eastern Conference to an 11-8 win. He also played in the 2013 All-Star Classic, representing the Albany Devils.

MILESTONES: Rampage captain Greg Zanon picked up his 150th professional point with an assist on Mark Mancari's goal in the first period of Saturday's win over Iowa.

Defenseman Steven Kampfer collected his 100th pro point with an assist on Garrett Wilson's marker in the second stanza.

HIGH-FLYING OFFENSE: The Rampage rank first in the American Hockey League with 3.30 goals per game. Only the Oklahoma City Barons have scored more goals than the Silver and Black this season, totaling 123 to San Antonio's 122. Four Ram- page players have scored 10 or more goals this season: Bobby Butler (15), Garrett Wilson (14), Connor Brickley (10) and Logan Shaw (10). The Silver and Black rank second in the league in shots per game, averaging 33.54 through 37 games.

RIGHTEOUS ROOKIES: Rocco Grimaldi and Connor Brickley rank 10th and 14th, respectively, in scoring among league rookies. Grimaldi has tallied six goals and 16 assists while Brickley has added 10 goals and 10 assists.

ICE CHIPS: Logan Shaw - Rampage Winger

After tallying one goal through the entire 2013-14 Rampage cam- paign, right wing Logan Shaw has collected 10 through the first 37 games of San Antonio's 2014-15 season. His 16 points ranks seventh for the Silver and Black. A third-round pick (76th overall) of the Florida Panthers in the 2011 NHL Draft, Shaw made his pro debut last sea- son, splitting time between the Cincinnati Cyclones and San Antonio.
