THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Friday, April 11 @ Texas Stars

Cedar Park Center, 7:30 p.m.

The Rampage and the Stars play the first game of a three-in-three series on Friday night. The last time these two teams met, the Rampage erased a three-goal deficit to top Texas in a shootout, 5-4. San Antonio is 4-5-0-0 against the Stars this season. The Silver and Black are 2-3-0-0 at Texas this season.

Saturday, April 12 vs Texas Stars

AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.

Saturday's game will be Military Appreciation Night at the AT&T Center as the Rampage will wear specially-designed military-themed jerseys that will be auctioned off following the game. The second annual Hockey and Heels event will take place prior to the game at 4 p.m. in the Terrace Level Restaurant.

Sunday, April 13 vs Texas Stars

AT&T Center, 4 p.m.

The Stars and the Rampage will meet for the final time this season, wrap- ping up a 12-game season series. Garrett Wilson leads all Rampage players with four goals and two assists in the season series while Jed Ortmeyer has added three goals and an assist and John McFarland has contributed two tallies to go along with two helpers.

MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT

Saturday, April 12 vs Texas Stars

The San Antonio Rampage's 11th annual Military Appreciation Night, presented by Champion AC will now take place on Saturday, April 12 as the Silver and Black host the Texas Stars at 7 p.m. Military Apprecia- tion Night was originally scheduled for March 1, but the game was suspended due to ice conditions. Mili- tary service members, including veterans, can receive a special 50 percent discount on tickets, and the team will once again wear military-themed jerseys that will be auctioned off in a post-game jersey auction pre- sented by GovX to benefit Operation Comfort and the

WEEK IN REVIEW: The Rampage started the month strong, going 2-1-0-0 in games against Charlotte and Lake Erie. San Antonio fell to the Monsters 5-3 on Tuesday night at the AT&T Center, but put together two of the strongest games they've played all season in a 5-2 win over Charlotte on Friday night and a 3-0 blanking of Lake Erie on Saturday. Mi- chael Houser recorded his first career shutout in Saturday's win.

WELCOME TO SAN ANTONIO: The Rampage have signed three players fresh off their college careers to Amateur Tryout Contracts. Tyler Barnes (Wisconsin) and Connor Brick- ley (Vermont) made their professional debuts with San Antonio on April 1st and 4th, re- spectively. Former Notre Dame defenseman Shayne Taker signed an ATO with the Ram- page on Monday.

ICE CHIPS: Tyler Barnes - Rampage Winger

Barnes signed an Amateur Tryout Contract with the Rampage on April 1, making his professional debut against Charlotte on April 4. He tallied two goals, leading the Silver and Black to a 5-2 win. The 6-0, 190-pound Eagan, Minn. native wrapped up his college career at the University of Wisconsin, winning the inaugural Big Ten Hockey Tournament before being eliminated from the NCAA Tournament with a 5-2 loss to North Dakota. He finished his college career with 45 goals and 56 assists for the Badgers. Barnes ranked fourth on the team with 28 points (14G, 14A) this season.

PANTHER TRACKS

Bobby Butler got his first call-up of the season, tallying an assist in just over 12 minutes in Florida's 3-2 win over Dallas on Sunday. With an assist on Sean Bergenheim's third period tally on Sunday, Colby Robak recorded his first NHL point of the season. Vincent Trocheck scored the Panthers' lone goal in a 2-1 loss to Calgary on Friday, bringing his season total to six points in 13 games.
