THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Tuesday, Dec. 4 at Abbotsford Heat Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre, 9:00 p.m.

The Rampage make their only trip of the season to Abbotsford to kick off a two-game set. In the first meeting between the two teams, the Heat claimed a 3-2 shootout victory on Nov. 24 at AT&T Center. Rampage forward James Wright's goal in the second period signaled fans to throw more than 1,000 stuffed animals on the ice for Teddy Bear Toss Night.

Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Abbotsford Heat Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre, 9:00 p.m.

Abbotsford currently sits in first place in the league and the Western Conference, earning 30 points (13-3-2-2) in 20 games. The Heat, who have allowed a league-low 15 goals at home, have only lost once in regulation in their home barn through their first 12 games this season.

Saturday,Dec. 8 vs Oklahoma City Barons AT&T Center, 7:00 p.m.

The Rampage and Barons have split the two games played this season, with San Antonio earning the victory in the latest matchup on Nov. 4, 2- 0. Rampage netminder Dov Grumet-Morris stopped all 27 shots he faced to collect his second shutout of the season en route to the Rampage win.

Sunday, Dec. 9 vs Oklahoma City Barons AT&T Center, 4:30 p.m.

The Barons sport the two top scorers in the league. Rookie Justin Schultz leads the AHL with 31 points (11 goals, 20 assists), while Jordan Eberle is close behind with 27 points (12 goals, 15 assists). The Barons have dropped their last two games after rattling off five straight wins.

SALUTE TO THE BADGES - Dec. 8: The Rampage will hold their 9th annual Salute to the Badges Night on Saturday, December 8 as they host the Oklahoma City Barons. Salute to the Badges Night is a joint effort between the Rampage and local fire and law enforcement departments. The Rampage will wear specially designed jerseys that will be auctioned off to the public following the game.

SUNDAY FUNDAY - Dec. 9, 16: Fans can enjoy inflatables and interactive activities prior to the game and a free skate starting two hours prior to the game. For only $13 fans receive a game ticket, a hot dog, chips and a soda.

TOUGH ROAD AHEAD: The Rampage play a season-high 15 games in December. The team's four games this week come against the league-leading Abbotsford Heat and the Oklahoma City Barons, who are currently tied for third place in the Western Conference.

GOOD MONTH: Rampage forward Jon Rheault tallied 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in the 12 games in the month of November. The Rampage winger was only held off the scoresheet three times in the month and recorded four multiple-point games.

SPREADING THE WEALTH: In last Wednesday's 4-2 win over Rochester, 11 Rampage players factored in the scoring, while 13 recorded at least one point in Friday's 6-2 win over Lake Erie.

ICE CHIPS: Greg Rallo - Forward

Forward Greg Rallo is riding a three-game point streak entering this week of action. Rallo has recorded a goal in each of the team's last three games and also added an assist in San Antonio's 6-2 over Lake Erie on Friday.

With his recent three-goal outburst, Rallo has launched up the Rampage scoring charts and is tied with Jon Rheault for the team lead with six goals on the year. Last season, the Gurnee, Ill., native tallied 22 goals and 20 assists for the Rampage and made his NHL debut at the age of 30 for the Florida Panthers.
