Samuelsson reassigned to Providence

The Providence Bruins announced left wing Martin Samuelsson has been reassigned to the team by the Boston Bruins. He had been recalled by Boston on January 20, and was scoreless in three games. Samuelsson will accompany the P-Bruins on this week's three-game road trip.

Samuelsson, who turned 22 on Sunday, began the season with Boston, playing in three games before being reassigned to Providence on October 23. He was recalled again by Boston on January 9 and played in one game before returning to Providence two days later. He has no points in six games with Boston, and 1-5-6 totals in 29 games with the P-Bruins.

The Bruins begin a three-game road trip on Wednesday, January 28, when they take on the Hershey Bears at 7:30 p.m. They visit the Norfolk Admirals on Friday, January 30 at 7:30 p.m., before returning to Hershey for a 7:00 p.m. game the next night. All three games will be broadcast live on WDDZ AM-550.

The Bruins return home to host the Hartford Wolf Pack on Friday, February 6 at 7:05 p.m.
