
Salmon Kings Host Inter-Squad Game

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Salmon Kings, proud affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks and Manitoba Moose, along with their partners 100.3 the Q and The Zone @ 91-3 announced today their annual Blue vs. White Inter-Squad Game will kick start their 2009-10 ECHL season on Friday, October 9th at 7:00 p.m. at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Everyone is welcome as admission is FREE to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on this night! Bring your family and friends and watch the players battle it out for a spot on this year's roster.
"The Blue vs. White game is an instrumental tool in helping us evaluate the players," General Manager and Head Coach Mark Morrison said. "We expect it to be a highly competitive hockey game as the players are fighting for their jobs."
If that is not enough, there will be hot dogs, pop and popcorn for only $1. 00 each for this night only! For a great night of free entertainment and dollar dogs, pop and popcorn make sure you don't miss out on the action!

Individual game tickets for all 36 regular season home games will also go on sale on Friday, October 9th at 9:30 a.m. Salmon Kings Mini-Packs are now on sale and give fans three great options to choose from with Anytime Vouchers, Wacky Wednesdays, and Super Saturdays packs.
The Salmon Kings take on the Bakersfield Condors, for the Home Opener Series at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on October 21st, 23rd, and 24th. Start times for all three are 7:05p.m.
