Saginaw Spirit Education Day Game To Air Live On WSGW 790 AM

(Saginaw, MI) The Saginaw Spirit host the Plymouth Whalers for a Tuesday morning Education Day Game on March 2 at 10:45 AM. The game, presented by The Dow Chemical Company and The Dow Corning Corporation with educational support from The American Chemical Society, will welcome nearly 3,000 kids to the building.

The live action of the Spirit-Whalers match-up will be featured on the radio and via a complimentary online radio webstream. Spirit Play-by-Play broadcaster Leigh Cunningham and color commentator Dennis Desrosiers can be heard live on WSGW 790 AM starting at 10:30 AM. There is also a radio webstream link available at WSGW.com and SaginawSpirit.com.

The game will not be aired on the Spirit's normal station of FM Talk and Sports WSGW 100.5 due to prior contractual obligations, but the Saginaw Spirit and Next Media Partnership secured the availability of FM Talk and Sports WSGW 100.5 sister station WSGW 790 for Tuesday.

Tickets are still on sale for the game! For ticket information, please contact the Official Saginaw Spirit Ticket and Merchandise Store at 5789 State Street in Saginaw or call 989-497-7747. The store is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday. Tickets can also be purchased at The Dow Event Center Box Office the morning of the game.
