The Columbus Blue Jackets announced today that center Ryan Johansen will remain with the NHL club.

Johansen has played nine games with Columbus, and his first-year contract becomes guaranteed upon playing his 10th game. "He's worked incredibly hard to get to this point, and that work ethic will help him succeed at the next level."
