Saskatchewan Rush News Release
Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush are excited to announce they have signed forward Dan Lintner to a 2-year contract
"When Dan began to build chemistry with his teammates on offense last season, he really started to contribute," says general manager Derek Keenan. "He's a goal scorer and proved if given the right opportunity he will produce. He will only get better with a full season behind him and another training camp."
The Rush acquired Lintner along with a second-round pick in the 2023 NLL Entry Draft from the Buffalo Bandits in exchange for Justin Robinson and a first-round pick in the 2021 NLL Entry Draft in July 2021.
The 1992-born right shot put on the Rush jersey for 18 games last season and finished third on the team for goals (26) and fourth for points (42). Lintner had nine multi-goal and 13 multi-point performances last season and marked a new career high for points in a single season. Standing at 5-foot-9, 185 pounds, Dan also tacked on 51 loose balls and 30 turnovers to his campaign last season.
In 82 games played in the National Lacrosse League, Lintner has collected 95 goals and 75 assists.
