Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are proud to announce that they have been named Victoria's Favourite Local Sports Team in Victoria News' 2014 Best of the City edition.
This is the second consecutive year that the Royals have been named Victoria's Favourite Local Sports Team. Also nominated for the award this year were the Westshore Rebels, Victoria Harbourcats and Victoria Highlanders.
Best of the City winners are chosen annually by readers in Greater Victoria. Along with the Favourite Local Sports Team category, there are hundreds of other categories ranking everything Victoria has to offer from shopping and food to recreation and entertainment.
