
Royals Place Greenough on Injured Listâ¦Activate O\'Leary

Reading, PA â The Reading Royals, affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings and AHL's Manchester Monarchs, have announced that forward Nick Greenough has been placed on the 7-day injured reserve and forward Jamie O'Leary has been activated off IR. Greenough suffered an injury in the Royals 4-1 defeat in Trenton on Sunday.
The 23-year-old forward currently leads the club in penalty minutes with 93. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound winger has three goals and three points in 30 games with Reading. The fourth-year professional was acquired by the Royals on November 15 from the Augusta Lynx for future considerations.
O'Leary has appeared in just two games with Reading this season. The six-year pro scored a goal and an assist and accumulated four minutes in penalties. He last saw action against Atlantic City on January 14 in Reading and January 15 in Boardwalk Hall. O'Leary was a member of the Royals' 2004 Northern Division Champion squad. He will wear sweater #9 this weekend as Reading battles Atlantic City and Toledo.
Reading looks to break a two-game slide this weekend as they travel to Atlantic City on Saturday afternoon to battle the Bullies at 2:05 p.m. in Historic Boardwalk Hall. Reading returns home on Sunday to face Toledo at 5:05 p.m. Sunday's are Comcast Family Four Pack Nights...Fans get four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas for just $44. Reading and Trenton meet on Tuesday, February 15th in the Sovereign Center at 7:05 p.m. Diamond Credit Union is handing out Royals All-Star Ryan Kinasewich action cards to the first 2,500 fans, plus the Royals will be wearing special Canadian sweaters for the game.
