
Royals Partner with Babcock to Honour Armed Forces Members for Month of November

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals are proud to announce, in partnership with Babcock, that they will honour Armed Forces members during three games in November with multiple initiatives taking place throughout the month.
Initiatives & Special Offers
Tickets to all November home games will be available for a special rate of $16 for corner seats, $20 for side seats, or $25 for club seats when valid military ID is shown at the Select Your Tickets Box Office. This ticket promotion offers a savings of up to $5 per ticket, and they can be bought in person at the box office anytime between now and November 22nd.
A local Armed Forces member will be honoured at each of the three November games.
Saturday, November 2nd vs. Medicine Hat Tigers
Friday, November 15th vs. Lethbridge Hurricanes
Friday, November 22nd vs. Edmonton Oil Kings
The Royals Team Store will be offering 10% off to all military members (with valid ID) for the month of November.
"The Royals are pleased to partner alongside Babcock to honour the men and women of our military," Royals President and General Manager Cameron Hope said. The Canadian Forces do our nation's heavy lifting, at home and all over the world. These families are an important part of our island community and recognizing their contributions is the least we can do."
Games
November 2nd vs. Medicine Hat Tigers - Turn Back the Clock Night (90's)
The first 2,000 fans will receive a 90's slap bracelet courtesy of Axe & Grind.
Fans are encouraged to dress up in their favourite 90's themed clothing.
The best tracks from the 90's will be played throughout the game.
November 15th vs. Lethbridge Hurricanes - Canadian Forces Appreciation Night
Military vehicles and equipment will be on display around the concourse as well as outside Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre throughout the game.
The Naden band of the Royal Canadian Navy will be performing the Canadian National Anthem and ceremonial puck drop.
November 22nd vs. Edmonton Oil Kings - Wawanesa Toy Drive
In support of the of the United Way Victoria fans are encouraged to donate a new and unwrapped toy at the game.
Victoria continues their five game homestand tomorrow and Wednesday night against the Kelowna Rockets. The Royals will then host the Medicine Hat Tigers on Saturday for Turn Back the Clock Night.
