Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL today announced that the organization will launch the team's new website on Monday, October 2, 2006. The new site, the address for which (www.royalshockey.com) will not change, was developed and will be hosted by Americaneagle.com, a world renowned website development firm with corporate headquarters in Park Ridge, Illinois. The Royals' new site is designed to accomplish state-of-the-art functionality by incorporating a structure based on ease of navigation, a pleasing look and feel, and programming that complies with search engine indexing. The Royals' new site also fully integrates the recently implemented LeagueStat.com scoring system adopted this season by the ECHL.

"The layout, functional design and look-and-feel of our new site has been a 16 month process," commented Royals general manager, Gordon Kaye. "The end result is a state-of-the-art, user friendly web site that we believe our fans and followers will absolutely love."
