
Royals Host Four Games this Week

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals will take on the Spokane Chiefs for a mid-week set on Tuesday and Wednesday night with both puck drops set for 7:05 p.m. The Royals will then battle the Prince George Cougars on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, which are scheduled for 7:05 p.m. and 2:05 p.m respectively. The final Skate with the Players of the season, presented by BCAA, will take place following the game on Sunday.
FANTASTIC PHILLY: With four points this past weekend, Royals' Captain Matthew Phillips set the franchise record for most points in a single season with 104 (44g-60a). The record was previously owned by former Chilliwack Bruin Mark Santorelli who registered 101 points (27g-74a) in the 2007-08 season.
CLUB MILESTONE: On Wednesday, the Victoria Royals will play their 500th game of their seven-year WHL tenure. Since the club relocated to Vancouver Island, the club has amassed a record of 269-189-21-19 that includes a mark of 146-80-10-10 on home ice. Over the course of the Royals' history, Victoria have scored a total of 1,725 goals, while allowing 1,600 markers.

Ticketing:
Wednesday night's contest against the Chiefs will mark the final Rain Check Night of the season. Any unused full season, half season or fan pack tickets can be exchanged at the box office windows for additional tickets to the game. Fans are encouraged to arrive at the arena early to avoid long line-ups.
FRIDAY - WHL SUITS UP WITH DON CHERRY TO PROMOTE ORGAN DONATION - PRESENTED BY RE/MAX - 7:05 PM
The Western Hockey League and the Victoria Royals are proud to partner with RE/MAX for WHL Suits Up with Don Cherry to Promote Organ Donation - Presented by RE/MAX in support of local chapters of the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
Pre-game:
The first 1,000 fans will receive Don Cherry Bobbleheads, presented by RE/MAX. Additionally, fans will be able to get one of 5,000 sets of Don Cherry Upper Deck hockey cards and one of 1,000 cherry flavoured Chapstick's, presented by RE/MAX.
Intermission Promo:
Trike Race (second intermission)
- Three fans will compete in a trike race for an autographed Don Cherry Bobblehead. Runners up will each receive Don Cherry autographed hockey cards.
Jersey Auctions:
The Royals will be wearing special Don Cherry themed jerseys that will be auctioned off via online auction at https://www.32auctions.com/victoriaroyals. The auction will begin on Thursday, March 8th and end on Tuesday, March 13th at noon.

Post-game:
Fans will be able to skate with Royals' players, courtesy of BCAA, following the game via a donation to the Victoria Royals Education Fund. Helmets and skates will be available for rent at the Skate Shop, located beside the Royals' Team store at Gate 3, on a first-come-first-served basis.
