Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals today announced that the club has received conditional draft pick compensation from the Saskatoon Blades for 2001-born defenceman Parker Malchuk.
Last season, his first in the WHL, Malchuk played in 56 games for the Royals and collected one assist and 10 penalty minutes. The 5-9, 170 lb defender from Birtle, Manitoba was listed by Victoria in 2018.
