Royals 7, Hitmen 3

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Royals completed a weekend two-game sweep of the Calgary Hitmen with a 7-3 victory on Sunday night at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.

Seven different Royals tallied goals with Noah Gregor, Lane Zablocki, Tyler Soy and Dante Hannoun each recording a goal and an assist. Kade Jensen, Braydon Buziak, and Andrei Grishakov rounded out the scoring for the home side.

Luke Coleman, Tristen Nielsen and Jakob Stukel replied for the Hitmen. Coleman's tally extended his goal scoring streak to three games.

The contest saw a combined 71 shots with Victoria outshooting Calgary 40-31.

The Hitmen continue their season high seven-game road trip with a pair of games in Langley against Vancouver on Wednesday, Jan. 31 and Friday, Feb. 2 before heading to Kamloops (Feb. 3), Red Deer (Feb. 7) and Medicine Hat (Feb. 9). Calgary then returns to the Scotiabank Saddledome for a rematch with the Tigers on Sunday, Feb. 11.
