ROUND ROCK, Texas - Edwin Bellorin's RBI double started a four-run fifth inning as the Round Rock Express rallied past the Memphis Redbirds 7-2 in Wednesday night's series finale at The Dell Diamond. The Express (37-50) improved to 21-3 at home when scoring at least five runs and salvaged a split in the four-game series. The Redbirds (47-39) lead the season series 7-4.

Five consecutive Round Rock batters reached safely with one out in the four-run fifth. Drew Locke started the stretch with a double, and Wladimir Sutil followed with a walk. Bellorin drilled a 2-2 Brandon Dickson offering off the left-field wall, scoring Locke. Express starter Wesley Wright then lay down an RBI bunt single, and Collin DeLome followed with an RBI double. Brian Bogusevic capped the inning with a two-out RBI single.

Wright (4-0) retired Memphis in order in the top of the sixth, his final inning of work. He allowed one run on four hits and two walks with four strikeouts. Jonah Bayliss worked 2.0 no-hit scoreless innings with a walk and four strikeouts. Brad Thompson surrendered a run on three hits and no walks with one strikeout in the ninth.

Dickson (9-5) took the loss, his second in three starts against the Express this season. He allowed five runs on nine hits and a walk with four strikeouts over 5.0-plus innings, facing two batters in the sixth. Dickson held the Express scoreless on two hits and used just 40 pitches in the first four innings; he labored through 41 pitches in the four-run fifth.

Round Rock added to its lead in the sixth on a Luis Maza two-out, pinch-hit RBI single. In the seventh, the Express got a sacrifice fly from Locke and a two-out RBI single from Sutil.

DeLome, Locke, Tommy Everidge and Ramon Vazquez all had two-hit nights for Round Rock; Locke scored twice. Eight of nine starters hit safely.

Mike Folli had three of the Redbirds' seven hits and both Memphis RBI, delivering a two-out RBI single in the fourth and a one-out RBI double in the ninth.

Round Rock and Oklahoma City (Texas Rangers) open a four-game series Thursday night at The Dell Diamond. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CDT. Right-hander Josh Banks (8-6, 2.91 ERA) starts for the Express, while the RedHawks counter with right-hander Guillermo Moscoso (5-2, 3.82 ERA).
