Cedar Rapids RoughRiders News Release
Cedar Rapids, Iowa- The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders have launched a revamped web site, the RoughRiders announced today.
The redesigned site - which can still be found at www.roughridershockey.com- boasts a streamlined new look.
"We are very happy with both the smooth new look and feel of our site as well as the new content we've added," said RoughRiders Vice President Jim Calpin. "The redesign also makes navigating through the site that much easier for our fans."
The upgraded site remains the place for fans to go for all the latest RoughRiders news, to purchase tickets on-line and to learn about upcoming promotions and anything else RoughRider-related.
The new site was designed by Cedar Rapids-based freelance web designer Josh Dixson.
"I am very happy with the way that the new RoughRiders website has turned out," said Dixson. "I wanted the new site to stand out and catch everyone's eye and have a fresh new look."
The two-time defending East Division champion RoughRiders will open their eighth season in Cedar Rapids on Saturday, October 7 at home against the Green Bay Gamblers. 2006-07 season tickets are currently available through the RoughRiders' business office (247-0340). In addition to the same great seats for every exciting RoughRider home game, season ticket holders also receive a host of special benefits available exclusively to them.
Regular season single game tickets will go on sale Monday, September 25.
