Columbus, Ohio- Richard Bachman made 33 saves as the RoughRiders shutout the host Ohio Junior Blue Jackets 4-0 Sunday afternoon.

Bachman was at his busiest in the third period, stopping 14 Blue Jacket shots.

At the other end of the ice, the Riders, who led 2-0 after two periods, scored two quick goals early in the third to put Ohio away. Dan Dries scored from the doorstep at 1:36 to extend the lead to 3-0. Just 1:42 later, Brett Dickinson's drive from the right point extended the lead to four.

The Riders scored once in each of the first two periods. Tyler Thompson walked across the goal mouth to open the scoring at 10:52 of the first. At 17:03 of the second Ian Slater buried a rebound to double the lead.
