Chicago Sky News Release
TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
- Rookie and first-round draft pick Ruthy Hebard made her first WNBA start for the Sky in today's game.
- Chicago's 25-point lead was the largest lead the Sky has had so far this season (previous high was 24 points vs. Los Angeles).
- The Sky's 43 bench points were the most scored this season by a Chicago bench, including 12 of the 21 points in the first quarter.
- Stefanie Dolson's appearance marked her 200th WNBA career game, and her three-pointer was Dolson's 100th career 3P FGM.
- Allie Quigley extended her double-digit scoring streak to 11 straight games, and remains only Chicago player to record points in double-figures for every game this season. On wait her focus is heading into the next half of the 2020 WNBA season:
"I think we just can't be looking at the records, to be honest, we gotta focus on where we want to go, and not where they are or what kind of motivation they have. We just got to stay focused on where we want to be, and like I said, how we're continuing on that ladder and continuing to get better. If we focus on how hungry we are to get better and improve, then we'll be alright." ALLIE QUIGLEY
