
Rome Makes Several Roster Moves

Rome, GA - The Rome Braves announce several roster moves today. Pitchers Richard Sullivan, Benino Prundea, and Tim Gustafson have been sent to Myrtle Beach of the Carolina League. Rome receives left hander Brett DuVall, right hander Jaye Chapman, and right hander Craig Kimbrel. DuVall comes by way of extended spring training in Orlando while Chapman and Kimbrel join the club from Myrtle Beach.
Outfielder L.V. Ware and catcher Craig Maddox have been sent to extended spring training in Orlando. Joining Rome are outfielders Jahdiel Santamaria and Calvin Culver from extended spring.
