The Kelowna Rockets picked up their third win in four games, taking down the Prince George Cougars 5-1 at Prospera Place on Friday night,
Dillon Hamaliuk (2) scored the first period's lone goal, putting away Jake Poole's rebound.
Jonny Hooker (5) tied it up for the Cougars while on the power play 15:49 into the middle frame. Tyson Feist (1) and Dylan Wightman (3) responded for the Rockets with a pair of goals 43 seconds apart.

Rockets netminder Roman Basran stopped 24 of the 25 shots he faced, Taylor Gauthier turned aside 31 of the 36 shots fired on him.
The Rockets power play went 0ne-for-four on the night, while the Cougars were one-for-five with the man advantage.
Kelowna outshot Prince George 36-25.
The Rockets record is now 4-2-0-0.
Rilen Kovacevic, William Irvine, Noah Dorey, Ethan Ernst, Jackson DeSouza and Nicholas Cristiano were the Rockets scratches.
Brenda Wenk was the winner of the Rockets 50/50, taking home $685 of the total pot of $1370 with the winning number of #C2842248.
Kelowna won't have to wait long to hit the ice again, they'll host the Vancouver Giants at Prospera Place at 7:05 pm PT tomorrow night.

As the WHL returns to play in the WHL Hub Centers in Kamloops and Kelowna, no spectators will be permitted to enter Sandman Centre or Prospera Place.
