
Roanoke Stops The Titans In A Shootout

Trenton, NJ - Dylan Gyori netted the game-winning goal in the shootout as the Roanoke Express (1-0-1) downed the Trenton Titans (1-0-1) by the score of 3-2 last night at the Sovereign Bank Arena.
Adam Edinger netted his first two goals of the season for the Titans, including the first penalty shot goal in franchise history at 1:32 of the first period. He would later tie the game in the second period deflecting home a Scott Bertoli shot at the near post. David St. Germain stopped 35 shots in the game despite taking the loss in the shootout.
The Titans travel to Reading on Sunday afternoon to close out the weekend. Game time is 2 pm, and can be heard live on 1350 AM, WHWH.
