
Roadrunners Make Roster Moves

EDINBURG, Texas---The Edinburg Roadrunners of the North American League announced the signing of left-hander James Giulietti and the releasing of left-hander Graham Miller and infielder Michael Lewis.
Giulietti, the Plainview, New York native, is rookie out of Binghampton University. As a junior, the left-hander posted an 8-2 record with a 2.15 ERA in 14 starts while tossing six complete games. For his efforts, he was named an American East All-Star and American East Pitcher of the Year. In 2011, Giuletti posted a 5-6 with a 5.53 ERA in his senior season.
In a related move, Manager Steve Maddock activated outfielder R.J. Harris from the inactive and takes the spot of Michael Lewis. Lewis batted just .140 in 16 games for the Roadrunners.
Miller had a 13.14 in seven appearances out of the bullpen for Edinburg while striking out five and walking 11.
The Roadrunners are expected to resume play against the McAllen Thunder on Thursday night at Edinburg Baseball Stadium. Corey Goudeau (0-4) is expected to face Rashad Ford (1-0) with the first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
