BUY A PIECE OF A CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON FOR A GREAT CAUSE

RiverKings forward Louis Dumont is auctioning off his game-worn jersey from last season's CHL Northeast Division championship campaign. He is doing it to help raise money to help defray the medical expenses of his friend and former teammate, Rob Weingartner, who is undergoing treatment for colon cancer. You can help in the effort and help one of hockey's own by submitting your bid on Ebay here. The bidding will end on December 17th.

GET A KILLER JERSEY AND HELP THE JR. STREETKINGS

RiverKings coach Kevin "Killer" Kaminski has dug into his closet and found a game-worn, authentic, Washington Capitals jersey he wore when he played in the National Hockey League. Killer is donating the jersey and it's been placed on Ebay auction, with the proceeds going to the Jr. StreetKings youth roller hockey program in Hernando. You can find the auction page here. The auction goes on until December 20th, so check it out and place a bid on a jersey that Kaminski used in the National Hockey League.

OTHER WAYS TO BACK THE JR. STREETKINGS

The Jr. StreetKings youth roller hockey program provides youngsters the chance to learn more about hockey and inline skating skills, working as a team, and other opportunities in summer and fall leagues and camps each year at a covered rink facility in Hernando.

Right now, you can support the Jr. StreetKings by bidding on the chance to sit in the penalty box during the RiverKings game against Missouri on January 22nd. The silent auction continues through January 1st at the table located behind section 118 on game nights.

There's also the chance to shadow coach Kevin Kaminski during the RiverKings game against the Allen Americans. You'll be able to sit in on team meetings, visit the locker room, have a pre-game meal with the RiverKings, and much more. In addition, you'll be on the bench with the team and Kaminski when the RiverKings battle the Americans. Bidding on this silent auction item will also end on January 1st, so stop by the table behind section 118 for more information and to bid!
