RiverKings Make Roster Moves

SOUTHAVEN, Miss – The Memphis RiverKings of the Central Hockey League made two roster moves prior to today's contest with the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs.

Center Jerry Gernander was recalled from the 45-day injured reserve list. Gernander, who was injured in the RiverKings' November 15th contest at Fort Worth, returned to the ice and contributed one point on an assist.

The RiverKings also waived veteran left winger Dody Wood, who was also placed on the team's suspended list. Wood accounted for one goal, one assist, and 32 penalty minutes through ten games as a RiverKing.
