
RiverKings make roster moves heading into tonight's game

SOUTHAVEN, MS --- Memphis RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Kevin McClelland announced today that the team has activated center Louis Dumont from his CHL Leave of Absence. To make room for Dumont, the RiverKings waived forward Brad Wanchulak.
Dumont had been on leave since March 1 to be with his wife for the birth of their son. Louis and his wife Hayley gave birth to a baby boy, Jacques Louis, on Monday. Dumont missed the three games last weekend in Youngstown. In 51 games this season, the 13 year pro has 16 goals and 31 assists in his first season with the RiverKings.
Wanchulak had been with the RiverKings since January 3 and had six goals and seven assists in 25 games.
The RiverKings begin a two game home stand tonight when they host the Oklahoma City Blazers at the DCC at 7:05. The first 1,500 fans 21 and older will receive a Miller Lite RiverKings Flashing Light Necklace. Tonight's game will also be followed by a post game skate.
Tomorrow night, the RiverKings host the Youngstown Steelhounds at 7:05. The first 1,500 fans will get a Hockey Mr. Potato Head sponsored by CW-30. Also tomorrow night, Military personnel with Military ID can purchase a ticket for just $5 at the box office, anyone who brings a nonperishable item to send to our troops overseas will also be able to purchase a ticket for $5; and all fans will be given a coupon after the game that will allow them to purchase a ticket for just $2 to the March 20 game.
