
RiverKings drop 3-1 decision at Laredo

LAREDO, TX --- The Laredo Bucks remained perfect at home versus the RiverKings in a 3-1 win Friday night at the Laredo Entertainment Center. The Bucks have lost just four games all season long at home and are 4-0-0 all-time versus Memphis at the LEC. For the RiverKings, it was their third straight loss as the team finishes the season with seven games in 10days.
The Bucks out-shot the RiverKings 45-21. Phillipe Lauze and Ladislav Kouba gave Laredo a 2-0 lead with a pair of second period goals. Travis Banga scored his team-leading 30th goal at 16:49 of the second period while the RiverKings were on the penalty kill to cut the lead to one. It was also Banga's team leading 5th short-handed goal.
