RiverKings Add Moran to Roster

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. -- Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced that the team has signed formward Mike Moran to a contract. Terms and conditions were not released.

Moran, 25, joins the RiverKings after a four-year career at Boston University (Hockey East). The 6-foot-1, 200-pound forward scored five goals and added five assists during his season season at BU. The Marshfield, Mass. native collected 25 points through 141 games in his collegiate career and helped the Terriers to a first-place finish in Hockey East in 2015.

Moran will wear number 26 as he makes his professional debut tonight as the RiverKings take on the Fayetteville FireAntz in Fayetteville beginning at 6:30 p.m.
