RiverDogs to officially launch Web site

RICHMOND, VA - The Richmond RiverDogs, proud members of the United Hockey League, announce that tomorrow, October 6, 2005 at 12:00 noon the Richmond RiverDogs web site will officially be launched. WWW.RIVERDOGSUHL.COM will be the site where fans can get all the news and notes on their favorite team.

Just as a reminder, tickets are now on sale for the two Pre-Season games against the Roanoke Valley Vipers on Friday October 14, 2005 and October 15, 2005. Both games are at SkateNation Plus on West Broad Street with faceoff at 7:35 pm. Tickets are only $11 and you can order your tickets at the RiverDogs office, 601 E. Leigh Street, Richmond, or by calling (804) 225-PUCK (7825).

We still have room for all you golfers out there. Our 1st Annual RiverDogs Golf Tournament is on Monday, October 10, 2005 and will be at the River's Bend Golf Club; 11700 Hogan's Alley Drive, Chester VA. We welcome single golfers as well as foursomes. If you are a single golfer we will place you with a team. All foursomes will be matched up with a RiverDog player. Even Razz will be there for all the fun. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and a banquet with silent auction following the tournament. Fees are $300 for a foursome, $100 for single.
